"We have just returned from our 8th visit to the Cow Shed and it was as enjoyable as ever, We love the views from the sun room looking over the valley to the mountains in the distance. The barn itself is beautifully equipped and comfortable. There are lots of beautiful countryside and villages to explore so you can never get bored. Thank you Gill and Brian for another great week." Gillian and Clive (July 2023)
"The Cowshed is a very special place. The cottage itself is beautiful, , and immaculate. The location is stunning, set as it is , in most glorious countryside, and the views are wonderful. There are so many interesting places to visit, and things to do, and you are assured of a super holiday. " Alan and Barbara (September 2025)
"Brian and Gill, thank you so much for the stay in your lovely Cowshed. It really was home from home and a real treat. Simply the best we've stayed in." Lindsay and Trevor (November 2022)
"As always, an excellent place to stay. Generously proportioned for two guests (best we’ve ever found), lovely and quiet, with all the amenities you’d expect and more. Top it off with great hosts and it’s a perfect getaway near a variety of places to visit. Till the next time! " Margaret and Robert (August 2026)
